It was a test of endurance and a whole load of plain fictional luck, per say. The performance was relatively acute to the extent that Kellar had to impose the ideology of a delphi method. I believe that he would have called the administration and issued a bypass by now, but he was diligent and well mannered.
I stared as he gave his speech, with no less of a detail and managing to cover areas of uncertainty and risk assessment. I gave my support but it was found rather inadequate because of the many unthought flaws which were presently revealing itself. I raised an eye when an unethically social class member gave a comment. I had a feel that Kellar was on his last wits as he gave his power point presentation.
I sat firmly and without a doubt. He seeked to offer a consensus but was found to be dumbfounded by the fact that some of the council was insufficiently equiped with the right phases of decision making. I had no say, neither did Kellar but he was honest enough to repeat his disservice.
At the end of the session, i nudged Kellar and gave him a firm shake, for i felt a well-deserved man needs to be rewarded for his kindness and time sparing attitude. He told me he will try his best, though my faith in him has not grown nor depreciated. His efforts and performance still amazes me in a transformational appeal regardless of some of his basic work flaws.
